Document Description
Several areas within the community are under consideration for a land use modification from Medium Density residential to single family residential and a zoning district modification from multi family residential to single family residential. Due to water quality mandates, and the distance to the existing sewer system, development of these existing multi family lots may no longer be feasible. The parcels under review include vacant lands, existing single family residences and existing multi family projects containing two to four units.
