The proposed project consists of construction and operation of a 811,620-sf high-cube, non-refrigerated warehouse including approx 36,000 sf of office space. The proposed project would include roadway improvements including a 10-ft widening of Markham St and the addition of a curb, gutter and sidewalk on the southern edge of the ROW along the project site frontage. The proposed project also includes improvements for Patterson St including a curb, gutter and gutter will be added. It will also involve construction of an on-site storm drain that will originate at the west side of the property, run south, and then east to tie into the storm drain. Sanitary sewer service would be provided via construction of a new sewer line on the project site.
