Document Description
The approx 3.26 acre project site (141,987 sf) is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Olympic Blvd and Georgia St in the South Park district of Downtown LA. The project would consist of 3 high-rise towers (65-story, 43 story, and 53 story), including a four story podium connecting all three towers. The project would include approx 1,845,831 sf of total floor area, have a max height of 853 ft above ground level, and a proposed FAR of approx 13:1. The project site is zoned by LAMC as C2-4D and has a community plan designation of regional center commercial.
