Document Description
The project entails removing and reconfiguring the existing A Dock and Guest Dock and removing and replacing C Dock in the same general footprint. This includes replacing the associated gangways, pilings, and utilities (electrical service, communication, potable water and a fire suppression system). After the Project is implemented, the new dock system will result in a net decrease in 0.007 acre (293 square feet) of overall occupied surface area coverage and a reduction in the number of piles, removing 0.0004 acres (16 square feet) of fill from San Diego Bay. The number of slips will remain the same.
