Pursuant to Division 14 of the California Vehicle Code, Transportation of explosives, this project will remove 4.3 miles and extend 42.4 miles of currently designated routes for the transportation of explosives in order to reduce the potential risks of transporting explosives and enhance he public safety in the San Diego Area.
