The CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-233-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Eureka Golf Course as represented by Mr. Donald Roller.
The project is limited to the removal of up to 600 cubic yards of aquatic vegetation (primarily reed canary grass) per year from 3,275 linear feet of stream channel.
