Document Description
The CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration agreement number 1600-2016-0238-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Squeri Trailer Repair.
The project is a remediation of a violation resulting from deposit of fill materials including asphalt, concrete, wood chips, yard waste, and dirt in the channel and east bank of South Babb creek. The project includes removal of fill materials along approximately 422 linear feet of South Babb Creek. The project includes removal of asphalt paving which had been placed over wood chips and other fill materials. The project includes installation of 4 Christy v-12 drain boxes and downdrains. The area will be revegetated with trees, shrubs, and native grass seeding.
