Document Description
As part of an encroachment permit for private development, the permittee was required to re-construct the sidewalk for several private parcels in order to meet ADA requirements. The improved sidewalk extends two feet outside the Caltrans right of way. As a result, the permittee is dedicating the 2 foot strip to Caltrans.
