Reasons for Exemption
This project involves reconstruction of existing facilities. The storm drains have been determined to be defective and will require a replacement to meet current design standards. Replacing these facilities to sufficiently carry design storm flows will protect public and private land from possible flooding. All planned improvements would occur in either the same alignment or adjacent to the existing alignment.
