- The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 20, Section 66270.61, has issued an Emergency Permit to Kaiser Permanente (EPA ID: CAD981396658) to treat hazardous waste by controlled reaction with a chemical solution. To view the hazardous waste to be treated; see notice posted. The materials listed are expired and will need to be remotely opened and stabilized in order prior to being transported offsite.
