Document Description
Remove and existing non-ADA restroom and construct a new ADA compliant restroom in the Little Basin area of Big Basin State Park to provide improved restroom facilities to park visitors of all abilities. Work will:
Demolish and remove existing building and debris;
Excavate to clear for a 33' long by 24' wide, concrete-floor, restroom building with eight (8) restroom stalls with two (2) of the new restroom stalls ADA compliant;
In each restroom space, install tile on the floors and walls, a sink with wall-mounted faucet and a mirror above the sink, a toilet, showers, and toilet paper dispenser.
