Document Description
The project is to construct a new 12 classroom science building and upgrade/modernize existing buildings on the Valhalla High School campus. Modernization includes replacement of old aging roofs, renovation of 30-year old restrooms, plumbing and drinking fountains, correction of a known drainage problems, modernization of 76 classrooms with typical repairs and/or renovations including repainting, replacing flooring and ceilings, installing energy-efficient lighting and, upgrading marker boards, upgrade electrical capacity and technology infrastructure for safety and better access to technology, installation of new Heating and Ventilation throughtout, upgrade exterior safety lighting, and removal of asbestos and lead paint from numerous buildings.
