Document Description
The purpose of the proposed project is to provide preventative maintenance in order to delay or minimize the Tuolumne River Bridges' future rehabilitation needs to improve the traffic ride on the bridges. The need for the proposed project is that the bridge decks, approach slabs, and joint seals are in deteriorated condition. Project work includes replacing bridge overlays, approach slabs, and joint seals. All work will be conducted within existing Caltrans operational right-of-way, No additional right-of-way will be required. This project is Categorically Exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act and Categorically Excluded under the National Environmental Policy Act.
