Document Description
Install aquatic safety signs and underground storage boxes at Asilomar State Beach and Conference Grounds to motify visitors of hazardous ocean conditions. The boxes will store yellow chains and the safety signs to be deployed at beach access points during high surf events. For the storage boxes, work will excavate twelve (12) 12"x18"x12" deep holes and inter 12"x17"12" storage boxes. For the 11"x16" signs, work will excavate seven (7) 10"x10"x18" deep holes, insert 4x4 wooden posts, install cotter pins for attaching signs and backfill with on-site soil.
