Rehabilitate a leaking 24-in diameter steel outlet pipe that drains the Loma Rica Reservoir by sliplining a 20-in diameter (new) pipe within and grouting in place. Purpose is to eliminate the leakage and minimize instability (erosion) of the reservoir embankment that benefits the agency and protects the community.
