- CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2013-0296-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the city of Irvine. The Warner Channel Erosion Repair project will armor eroding sections of the northeast streambank of Warner Channel with approx 900 tons of 500 lb ungrouted rip-rap. Three sections of Warner Channel totaling 735 lf will be impacted through the placement of rip rap.
