Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0102-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to project applicant, Milpitas-District 1 Associates, LLC
The project includes repair of the creek bank that is approximately 16 feet by 22 feet and totaling 352 square feet. The slope damage will be repaired with a bench tier excavation followed by compacted fill replacement and reseeding. The creek will be diverted around the work area. Continued regular maintenance and monitoring repaired bank will be performed and documented for 12 months after the repair.
