Caltrans proposes to upgrade existing freeway signs at four bridge overcrossings along State Route 55, install two signs on a bridge column and two signs in the right shoulder of Bay Street and Fairview Road in the City of Costa Mesa, County or Orange. The purpose of this project is to increase visibility of the existing signs.
