- The proposed project is the transfer by Antelope Valley-East Kern Water Agency of up to 35,000 acre-feet of its approved 2017 SWP Table A water to Kern County Water Agency for landowner Homer, who owns land in both service areas. The transfer will be completed in 2017, and is to enable Homer to better manage its water supplies. The water will be delivered within the SWP Place of Use.
