Document Description
Repair the historic Montana Cabin in the Gilroy Yamato Hot Springs area of Henry W. Coe State Park to preserve and protect the facility. Work will: replace floor joists, wood siding, battens and flooring; repair wire mesh window openings; install new piers under substructures; replace girders as necessary; repair roof rafters and sheathing; and replace redwood shingle roof. All materials will math existing in like kind including species, size, dimensions and density.
