The project is limited to one encroachment, to extend by 25 ft an existing culvert on a seasonal stream, upstream of an existing residence and yard. The existing channel will be shaped to receive the extension culvert, the culvert will be placed and attached, and a grassy slope adjacent to the channel will be levelled. The soil from this slope will be used to backfill and cover the culvert extension, and the inlet will be rock armored to prevent erosion. No riparian vegetation or trees will be removed.
