Document Description
As recommended by State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water, PCWA is proposing to initiate a project to evaluate the Colfax Water Treatment Plant for an improvements project. PCWA proposes to hire a consultant to evaluate the plant processes, the existing demands, future demands, and determine a recommended capacity of the plant. Upon completion, the consultant will prepare an alternative evaluation to evaluate utilizing the exisitng site for improvements versus purchasing other alternative sites.
