CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2017-0364-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Mr. Eric Taft.
The project is limited to one encroachment to replace a failing culvert for a subdivision on a private road. The project is proposed to be conducted outside of the rainy season, while the stream channel is dry. The project includes installation of rock armoring at the inlet and outlet.
