Phase I: construction of a 5,000 square foot gravel parking lot in the northwest area of the parcel for the purposes of providing overflow parking. Phase II:ingress/egress would be from the same private drive off of Wesley Lane near the middle of the parcel. This phase includes removing of existing shop, and rebuilding a new accessory bulding in the northeast corner of the parcel. Phase III: the creation of a new picnic area with picnic tables and play structure to be located directly north of the existing Luther Road House. There will be level access Northward to the parking area for wheelchair access. Phase IV: conversion of the Luther Road House into a Youth Center to house youth leaders and classrooms. This phase includes interior remodeling and possible expansion of the building
