- Replace the ageing and failing main distribution waterline at Clear Lake State Park to provide reliable water for staff, visitors, and campers. Work will: Excavate up to ten (10) 18" x 5' x 3' deep pits and directionally bore to install approx. 2,350 linear feet of 4" HDPE pipe. Excavate up to thirty-four (34) 18" x 5' x 3' deep pits and directionally drill to "burst" install approx. 8,350 linear feet of 4" HDPE pipe Excavate a trench approx. 18" wide by 30" deep by 1,950', and remove two existing (2) existing 4" PVC pipes and replace with one (1) 4" HDPE pipe Excavate approx. thirty-five (35) 4' x 4' x 3' deep holes to complete new connections and install new valve and valve boxes Excavate approx. twenty (20) 3' by 3' by 3' deep holes to install new main line valves
