Document Description
Caltrans proposes to replace two existing culverts in Alpine County on SR 4 near Mosquito Lake. All culvert work will include open trenching and all work would be performed when culverts are dry. All construction will take place within Caltrans ROW. The purpose of the project is to maintain the culverts to protect the integrity of SR 4. The project is needed b/c the culverts are corroding and they will fail if they are not maintained.
