Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2017-0238-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Sue Tippets/Santa Clara Valley Water District. The purpose of the project is to install three 12-in high-density polyethylene pipe outlets at three connection points extending from and existing underground 12-in HDPE pipe that runs parallel to Thompson Creek and Lower Silver Creek to facilitate dewatering for future sediment removal operations consistent with the applicable terms and conditions of the authorized Stream Maintenance Program.
