This EA evaluates the potential environmental effects associated with the proposed elementary and high school facility modernization, to include demolition of existing structures, construction of new and renovation. The existing schools are antiquated and fail to meet the current standards for safety and functionality specified in title 5, division 1, chapter 13, subchapter 1, section 14001, minimum standards and section 14010, standards for school site selection.
