The project includes a lot line adjustment, that would include rescinding and replacing a land conservation contract on the adjoining 825.6 acre reconfigured hayfarm/hunting parcel. The club house would contain a kitchen and dining area, demonstration kitchen, full bar, lounge, proshop, training room, cigar room, wine room, and a casting pond.
