- The proposal includes the subdivision of the 560 Eccles Ave parcel into two separate parcels: an approx 3.6 acre western parcel for proposed development of the USDA facility and a 3.8-acre eastern out-parcel that is not proposed for development at this time. The 3.6-acre western parcel would be developed with a 21,807-sf USDA office facility including associated lab and warehouse/storage functions and an associated surface parking lot. USDA intends to relocate its existing operations from its current facility nearby at 389 Oyster Point Blvd and allow for minimal (appro 10%) growth in employees and activities.
