Document Description
An Addendum to the Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Civic Center Modernization Master Plan was prepared to evaluate minor design revisions resulting from the schematic design phase of the project. Based on the project revisions, the Addendum concludes that none of the potential environmental impacts of the revised Phase I project will result in new environmental effects that were not previously evaluated in the EIR, nor will the changes substantially increase the severity of previously identified environmental effects within the meaning of Section 15162 of the CEQA Guidelines.
