- The St. Helena Custom Crush Facility consists of custom wine production and storage facility. The facility includes a 9,500 sf addition and the use of 3,000 sf of the existing building for wine storage, within an existing 111,300 sf industrial/commercial building. The project includes a self-contained industrial wastewater treatment system, a water storage tank, a bio-retention facility, the relocation and expansion of the existing retention pond, a new access driveways, the restriping of a portion of the existing parking lot, and the installation of new landscaping.
