Document Description
The project applicant, Oakmont Senior Living, is proposing to build and operate a 68,144 sf assisted living facility on the site, providing up to 71 beds in 49 units for assisted living and memory care. The majority of the project site would remain undeveloped woodland and open space. Approx 1.51 acres would consist of landscaping and approx 8.03 acres would consist of natural open space.
