Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0481-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the East Bay Regional Parks District, as represented by Jeff Rasmussen.
Under the terms of the Agreement, the Project is limited to levee remediation along the southern side of Hoffman Channel. Work will be conducted from the landward side and existing shoreline riprap will be left in place. All disturbed areas will be reseeded with native vegetation upon Project completion. The project will not increase the sq. footage of riprap along the shoreline band, as new materials will be placed on top of existing riprap.
