- The project consists of a tentative parcel map and associated land application of industrial process water from the Morning Star Tomato Processing Plant. The TPM consists of an agricultural parcel split dividing 488-acres into six parcels ranging from 41 acres to 135 acres. The project also includes the land application of industrial process water for irrigation purposes on a 150 acres of the project site, with the potential for additional acreage in the future. Although the ultimate approval of the revised Waste Discharge Requirements is in the purview of Central Valley RWQCB it was included in the project due to local concerns related to air quality, water quality and biological resources.
