Document Description
The project applicant, city Ventures, is proposing GP LU and Zoning Map amendments to allow for the preservation of open space and future development of allowable residential and related uses within the "developable" portion of the project site. The purpose of the project is to allow for future on-site residential development on an underutilized business/office zoned parcel, ensure future on site residential development is designed to respect the topography, pedestrian connections, and open space designations that encumber the site, and promote the city's housing action plan by increasing supply of the city's residentially developable land.
