- The proposed project consists of a CUP amendment consistent with the GP and a site plan review for development within the scenic corridor overlay zoning district, to expand an existing day-use resort to allow up to 41 over-night guests and staff. The proposed project is anticipated to result in a max area of disturbance of approx ten acres in the south-eastern portion of the property, and includes 8,904 sf of structures, including: 2,800 sf guest house with seventeen guest rooms, a meeting hall, a campground with ten ft platforms and associated facilities, one house for on-site staff, a bath/laundry house, a screened dining area and a service barn.
