- Document Description
- The project proposes construction of a new sanctuary building on Smalley Ave, ~300 ft east of Meekland Ave. The project encompasses five parcels on the block bordered by Meekland Ave to the west, Smalley Ave to the north, A St to the South, and residences to the east. Two parcels where the new facility will be constructed will be combined through a lot merger Boundary Adjustment; two parcels adjacent to the site will provide additional parking immediately west of the sanctuary site, and a single parcel will provide satellite parking at the northeast corner of A St and Meekland Ave. All of the parcels are owned by the Chinese for Christ Church. Two of five existing Church buildings will be demolished as part of the project. The sanctuary site is accessed at one location from Smalley Ave. The topography of the site is generally flat.
