The project proposes to implement the city's Pedestrian Transportation Plan, a plan to construct pedestrian network facilities and improvements to existing facilities throughout the city of Cupertino. New facilities would be constructed in existing ROW. Larger project components (i.e. pedestrian/bicycle bridges), would be subject to further environmental review.
