CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0453-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, County of Santa Cruz.
The County of Santa Cruz is proposing a project to construct a library and an outdoor interactive environmental education area on the west side of Gushee Street within the Community of Felton in the County of Santa Cruz. The project covered under the Streambed Alteration Agreement is limited to the replacement of an undersized culvert with a pedestrian bridge, the installation of an additional bridge over Bull Creek, and the removal and planting of willows.
