The applicant is proposing the Scenic Blvd Subdivision Project to subdivide a 1.045-acre site consisting of two parcels designated APN 357-08-047, into five parcels. The project would also involve demolition of the existing residence on the site and construction of four market-rate homes on four of the resulting parcels. The fifth new parcel would be used as a common area for ingress/egress, emergency access, parking, and public utilities.
