Purpose of the project is to consolidate dispersed, related County functions into a single location to improve operational efficiency and service delivery, and provide financial benefits. Project involves relocation of the historic Lathrop House 200 feet south on Hamilton Street, demolition of two vacant buildings (First American Title Company and Lebsack), and demolition of the existing traffic court building and relocation of that function to the Hall of Justice.
