Document Description
The proposed project would include a combination of residential and commercial uses within the overall site. Commercial development (10.45 acres) would include nine buildings ranging from 3,225 sq. ft. to 23,723 sq. ft. along the west edge of the property that would be adjacent to the existing residences on Wildflower Dr. and 98 condominiums (7.0 acres) generally between the single-family and commercial uses. The project also includes small park/open space features, internal roadways water quality/drainage facilities and various landscaping features.
