- The San Juan Unified School District project proposes construction of approx 37,500 sf of new building space, internal modifications to several existing buildings, and demolition/removal of several buildings and portable classrooms. The project would modernize, expand, and reconfigure the school site to create a new kindergarten community, add 11 new classrooms, and expand the administrative space on the site. The expanded site would have a student capacity of 648, an increase of 164, or 34%. The project would also involve reconfiguration of ingress and egress to the site.
