Note: NOI/FONSI Natural floodplain function and creek hydrology will be restored to creeks and associated meadows that underwent alteration that caused channel incision, accelerated erosion and drying of associated meadows. Removal old fill, plug and pond techniques, and redirection of flow to historic creek channels will be used to address problematic erosion and restore creek and floodplain function and habitat.
