Placer county proposes to adopt the Placer County Government Center Master Plan Update to govern demolition and new construction at the PCGC for the next 20 years. The plan organizes the PCGC into four land use districts and anticipates development of approx 390 residences, 410,000 sf of new office space, a 30,000 sf event center, 122,600 sf of new commercial space, and a 171-room hotel.
