Document Description
Caltrans proposes to resurface and restore the pavement along SR 99 from 0.4 mile south of the Buhach Rd overcrossing to 0.8 mile south of the Westside Blvd undercrossing (PM 20.1 to 24.3) in the city of Atwater in Merced County. The project includes constructing 1,250 ft long deceleration lanes at the Applegate northbound and southbound off-ramps. To provide additional drainage capacity, the project would construct five new retention basins.
