Document Description
The Santa Barbara County Planning & development department received an application for a proposed water well and a separate, associated application for a proposed new residence and guesthouse located on Hollister Ranch parcel 37, an undeveloped 100-acre parcel in Hollister Ranch. The proposed water well would provide potable water for the proposed residence and guesthouse. Although county will be permitting these two project separately, both projects are discussed together in this CEQA document. Proposed water well (15CDH-00000-00036) and proposed single family residence & guesthouse project (16CDH-00000-00022).
