Document Description
The applicant requests that a CUP be granted to authorize the construction of a new wireless communications facility with an antenna structure designed as a faux elm tree. The monoelm will be a max of 36 ft tall including 32 ft of structure and an additional 4 ft of faux foliage. The monoelm will have four antennas in each of three sectors for a total of 12 antennas. Each sector will have equipment [remote radio units and raycaps] mounted behind the antennas. The facility equipment will be located in a 420 sf area enclosed by a 7 ft tall chainlink fence. The equipment area will contain two ground mounted equipment cabinets and an emergency generator with a 54 gallon diesel fuel tank.
