- The existing Dunlap Drive Pipeline consists of a 12-in diameter cement mortar lined and coated steel water distribution pipeline that was constructed in 1963. The pipeline is approx 6,600 lf in length and extends in Dunlap Dr from Lemon Ave, to approx 2,600 ft south of Nuevo Rd. At this location, Dunlap Dr is a two-lane road with the street centerline dividing the jurisdiction between the city of Perris and the county of Riverside. The pipeline is located along the west side of Dunlap Dr varying from 15 ft to 18 ft west of the centerline, within the city of Perris.
